Refund policy

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after placing your order to request a refund due to error or fraud.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order before placing and note: nothing is shipped. You are buying the nuts to be left on the trees to feed the wild birds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Nothing is shipped, so nothing can be returned. We offer refunds under some circumstances.

Exchanges
The purchase is to buy the nuts on the trees and leave them there, so that the Cockatoos and other birdlife can eat them.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being "shipped" into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a query or cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
